This Privacy Policy explains how Oliver Winston, LLC, doing business as OllieWin ("OllieWin," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through olliewin.com (the "Site"), our communications, and our SMS, MMS, email-marketing, consulting, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy applies when you visit the Site, request a quote, contact us, subscribe to our messages, become a client, or otherwise interact with us. When OllieWin processes personal information solely on behalf of a client, the client generally determines the purposes and means of processing. In that context, the client’s privacy policy also applies, and requests concerning that information should ordinarily be directed to the client.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

Contact and identity information, such as name, business name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, job title, and account or profile details.

Inquiry and client information, such as quote requests, campaign goals, audience information, communications, contracts, billing details, and service history.

Messaging and consent records, such as the telephone number used to opt in, the date, time, source, and method of consent, consent language presented, message history, delivery status, and opt-out or help requests.

Marketing-campaign data provided by clients, which may include customer contact details, segmentation information, preferences, campaign engagement, and consent records.

Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookies or similar technologies.

3. SMS and MMS Communications

If you separately and affirmatively opt in to receive text messages from OllieWin, we may send the types of messages described at the point of consent, including notifications, alerts, marketing, or promotional offers. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may request assistance by replying HELP or by contacting us through olliewin.com/contact. After an opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message and will honor the request as required by law. Opting out of one messaging program may not opt you out of another program operated by a different business or under a separate consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted only as necessary to provide those services. All other categories described in this Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not transfer a consumer’s consent to receive messages from one brand or campaign to another. Each campaign must use consent appropriate to the sender and the messages being sent.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to vendors that perform services for us, such as website hosting, cloud storage, analytics, customer relationship management, payment processing, security, email delivery, telecommunications, and SMS/MMS delivery. Clients. When we operate a campaign for a client, we may provide the client with information relating to that client’s campaign, such as delivery, response, engagement, suppression, and compliance information.

Business transfers. We may disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.

Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; respond to lawful requests; enforce agreements; or protect the rights, safety, and security of OllieWin, our clients, consumers, or others.

At your direction. We may disclose information when you direct us or provide specific consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or text-message consent for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional purposes.

If your request concerns messages or data controlled by one of our clients, please contact that client directly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

9. Email Marketing Choices

You may unsubscribe from OllieWin marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. We may still send non-promotional communications, such as account, service, security, or transaction-related messages. For email campaigns sent on behalf of a client, follow the unsubscribe instructions in that message or contact the client identified as the sender.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.
